More beautiful work from Nocturna. I have probably seen most of the movie in Pencil Test at this point. Hopefully I can get my hands on a copy at some point. Several animators worked on these sequences
An Italian native, Gabriele Pennacchioli joined DreamWorks Animation in 2003 as a lead animator on “Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas.” He went on to work as an animator on “Shark Tale,” “Flushed Away,” “Kung Fu Panda”, “How to Train Your Dragon” and as a story artist on “Shrek the Third” where he wrote and storyboarded the Gingerbread Man Flashback sequence. Currently, Gabriele is working as an animator on Chris Sanders's “Croods"

Sorry for the lack of posts but I have been very busy at work and fighting colds at the same time.... Any way I have some stuff to share that I will be posting sometime this week. I hope all is well with everyone!
All the best
I posted this a loooong time ago on the Pencil Test Depot. This is a better quality version. I saw that it has been ripped from the PTD in a few areas and it doesnt do Glen's work justice, so here is a version you can really enjoy
This blog is for the people who love pencil tests. It can also be used as a resource for animators who are looking to study another animators work. Feel free to email me with pencil tests that you think should be posted here and we will review them and add them to the list.
I also want to say that we respect all the animators that are posted on this blog and it is in no way trying to gain anything from showing the pencil tests here except knowledge and inspiration. Animation has been a long passion for myself and the other authors of the blog. If any of the animators who are posted here feel that we should take the work down, we will do so immediately.
