Here is a deleted scene that was on the DVD release of The Black Cauldron. I am guessing Glen animated a few of the shots with Gurgi. I will be sure to ask him when he returns to the office.

If this is a deleted scene I'm pretty sure it was in the comic book version. I thought for sure I saw it in the movie proper, though.... weird.
Really cool! Gives you more insight into the rest of Prydain. I wish the movie could have been more like the book, though. The book series is really good. Anyway, that's just me. :)
That little guy sounds exactly like Gollum form Lord of the Rings.
